## Description

Check out our DD-ECON-90 (clear) and DD-ECON-90-BLK (black) Dissection Dishes for a great value. Our ECON series dissection dishes are available in bulk packages of 5 and 10 dishes. The DD-90-S-GREEN Large Dissection Petri Dish is a high quality glass dissection dish. Its size is well suited to general dissections. The bottom of the dissection dish is lined with several millimeters of silicone material, the perfect medium for pinning out tissue specimens during delicate dissection procedures. The silicone lining is free of air bubbles, and is not sticky to the touch. These dishes are autoclavable, and withstand many months of regular usage. The silicone material will seal itself when a dissecting pin is removed, providing a clean smooth bottom for some time. The DD-90-S-GREEN Dissection Petri Dish features a green silicone bottom. When illuminated from above, this provides a dark colored background, ideal for many specimens. When illuminated from underneath, the bottom takes on a rich green appearance, which can be desirable for providing an appealing background in photomicrography work. NOTE: Dimensions are approximate, due to slight variations in the sizing of the glass Petri Dishes from batch-to-batch.
