It got so bad due to hormonal factors, stress, lifestyle, etc. Im working with a dermatologist but needed more help so I found these. I tried them for a month and had noticeably clearer skin. I then decided to try a cheaper version of a similar product. My acne returned so I ordered HUM again after a month. It's been about two weeks now and I have noticably happier skin. Less inflammation, bumps and redness. I plan on continuing with this product and will report back after a few months! Editing to add results: my skin is clear!
