When I started my sourdough journey I didn’t want to invest too much. This product, a silicon sling and some plastic proofing covers were all I have purchased.

I have yet to use the liner bc I love the design the rattan coils make on the bread but one an tell the material is of good quality. With an easy prep and a dusting of rice flour, your boule loaf will be beautiful. A good banneton basket is a must for anyone who wants to bake sourdough bread! This is a great basket!
