This is a good worthwhile read. Easy to understand and use. Step by step. My husband is learning the entire face massage tutorial to give to me. Looks like it could take up to an hour to do. Not sure yet. If husband doesn't have time I'm sure any massage therapist would do it. It's a super good Indian based method. The diy short daily tutorial is very easy and I recommend it.

A lot of theories and ideas that are new to me. you can tell the author has a lot of experience and I have seen a difference in my complexion

good book. but book is gone due to a fire in my apt in nov 2013. someday i will try to replace the book again

Wonderful info as I expand my sharpen skills and my career.The book has a few tips for me, combined with my talents will make me an even more gifted. "Skin Girl"

The actual technique section is small and lackluster. Disappointed.

Product arrived on time and was just as described. Am anxious to get started and see what results I get.
