There are only those two simple ingredients and no carrageenan which is why I drink this soymilk. **Q: Is best buy/useby date good?** A: Best by dates are estimates by the manufacturer and have no standard criterion. That said, the lot I recently received has a sell by date of 16AUG 24 and we generally buy it in 4 mo. quantities. We have never had a batch go bad. I don't know if this helps you. **Q: Why are product dimensions 1x1 in? Impossible for a 32 oz container!** A: Each 32-fluid ounce container is about 8 3/8 inches high (7 5/8 if you don’t include the screw top) by 2 1/4 deep by 3 5/8 wide. 12 of them come in a tightly packed box that’s somewhat heavy, and that box is often put inside a large box for shipping.
