How do you decide what level you need?** A: To be safe call the 800 number related to My Pillow and give your size & position of sleeping to the knowledgeable staff. I thank God for My Pillow! **Q: How do i decide on loft level? and if i choose medium should i go with standard vs premium?** A: I know this is an old post, but if this helps others reading this, then good. I believe loft level depends a lot on a persons weight, but what I did was buy a firmer pillow and then I opened up a portion of the seam and removed fluff. I did this for a week until I was completely happy with the loft, then sewed it back up. And as far as standard vs. premium, I have standard and it's fine. I've read from others that have the premium and they say the loft is better distributed to the ends because of the 2" gusset. If it was down to a $10 difference, I'd go with the premium next time. By the way, best pillow EVER. **Q: Is this one or two pillows** A: It costs $100 for two classic queen pillows if you have prime. I don't have the premium king ones. I was reluctant to buy this pillow at first because of the length of time I had to wait for it but now I’m so glad I have it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Pillow - Be Sure to Follow Sizing/Care Instructions for Best Fit *by T***S on 27 December 2015* When my residual whiplash injuries had been worsened by the onset of arthritis in my neck this year, I tried to take a holistic approach to managing these symptoms: ergonomics at work, neck exercises, and sleeping posture. I confess I was skeptical of claims of how the MyPillow could help with neck issues--I'm a firm believer in a healthy dose of skepticism. However, I have been very pleasantly surprised. I previously had a memory foam pillow, which was comfortable to lay on, but had a 'one-size-fits-all' loft level. The fill did not adjust to support the particular firmness, pillow elevation, and contours that my head/neck needed. The lack of head support and misaligned neck vertebrae throughout the night meant I'd wake up with pain and decreased range of motion. I researched pillows, and decided to give the MyPillow a try.I figured if I didn't like it, I'd just send it back. No harm, no foul. I'm pleased with how well this pillow has helped my neck pain issues. The multiple-piece foam-fill allows the pillow to 'cradle' and surround my head and neck: both head and neck are supported all around. I don't feel any strain my neck or head from only partial support like I previously had with my memory foam pillow. However, there are two VERY important factors to consider when buying this pillow. 1) it is not one-size-fits-all. If you select the wrong pillow fill/firmness, you will not like it: your head will be too elevated or not enough, and you will have neck discomfort. 2) if you don't follow the pre-use instructions to place the pillow in the dryer for 15 minutes, the foam will not expand to designed capacity, and the pillow won't have the right loft/support. I believe most of the negative criticisms of this pillow are based on wrong sizing and ignoring pre-use care instructions.
