Holds a lot of lather and has an extremely smooth feel. The chrome and wood are an impressive look. I have had the brush for over 6 months now and I have had zero regrets or second thoughts after buying this. Nothing about this brush is less than top quality. It has a little heft to it which i find very well balanced. This is my first muhle product and will definitely not be my last.P.S. be sure to follow the care instructions to get the longest life. Hang it upside down so the water doesn't sink into the handle and mold. Wipe the handle off when you're done to prevent any leader damage.
