This knife fits my hand perfectly. It allows me to get a proper grip and angle to cut with precision. It is not too heavy and it cleans wonderfully. I do NOT place my knives in the dishwasher. The blade is very sharp, you must be careful, but this will last long enough to be handed down my family. Am so pleased.
