**Q: Is this 100% wool?**
A: Mines tag says "70% Wool, 30% Syn. Fibers" it appears to be recycled fibers as there are many different colors scattered throughout. From a distance the whole thing looks grey olive.

**Q: Is this warm enough for camping ?**
A: It's plenty warm and is an excellent addition to one's camping gear. You'll find a use for it. I've only washed it twice in a top loaded washing machine using pods that have fabric softener. It's still soft enough to sleep upon and hasn't shed off much material.

One of the best value blankets out there. I expect I'll be using this thing in some capacity until the day I die. {perhaps even after that}

**Q: Is this blanket heavy enough to make a muzzle loader gun case?**
A: I purchased these blankets to help keep homeless people in my area warm! I have no idea about guns or gun cases. Sorry

**Q: How would this serve as a picnic blanket over damp grass?**
A: Great

I like these blankets and have now bought two. Yes, there is a wool smell but it's not strong and if it bothers you, just air the blanket. These are big enough for a 5'10" person to diamond wrap in them. Comfortable, warm and so far, hard wearing.

I've had this product for a few months now... Positives; It's got some weight to it which is something i love in a blanket and keeps me and my kids super warm when we're all snuggled on the sofa. Also did i say IT IS WARM! Negatives; A bit itchy on your bare skin (I don't mind, i'm use to military blankets), but it's not HALF as bad as 90% of other wool blankets i've used, lastly, when you take it out the packaging it has a very strong smell, I don't know what it is, but it really takes me back to being a child crawling through the tanks and land rovers when my father was in the army, and had the chance to take us to work.(Guess that's kind of a positive, but not for everyone).
