**Q: Hello,is the center rod on the roto toms a 3/8" thread?or is it 10mm?**
A: Looks like metric. None of my american nuts thread.

**Q: This did not come with drum stix. Do i need drum stix to play and if so what kind?**
A: The drums no not come with any sticks. They are real drums though with REMO (brand) heads and will take the pounding of normal (real) drum sticks of any weight. You will need to supply your own sticks.

**Q: Does the job**
A: It’s not bad definitely a different sound not something I’m use to I’ll be experimenting on some heads for it and see what sounds I can get out of it

**Q: Are these same size as the high school matching band uses**
A: I don’t believe so. These are much smaller.

So, the box was a little damaged/had a couple holes, but the roto toms were in perfect shape. I set them up right away and played with the tuning. I am very impressed. they sound amazing, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to add some sound to their kit. The absolute only problem is have so far it the piece that the rack slides into is plastic.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for the price

This is one of those items that the price point is a big factor. The stand is adequate but not the same quality as the Remo it emulates, the moving parts will require some type of lubrication before use as others have said, and the post holes in the static portion of the pitch adjusting system were not uniform. That being said, it cost me 0 dollars extra to drill the holes to equal depths and lubricate the moving parts. The heads that came with the set were garbage, and that was expected, I swapped them for a set of Remo Pinstripes and they sound every bit as good as the Remo brand Roto Toms I had back in the 80's. Still love the changing tones on the fly concept just as much as I did way back then. Worth every penny at this price, even if purely for the nostalgia.
