All our sauces are farm to bottle. So they are fresh, clean ingredients, no extracts. We pack and ship everything from our home-warehouse in North Carolina. **Q: Does this sauce have any extracts in it** A: No. We do not use extracts in any of our sauces. Only all natural heat from the peppers. The Xtreme Regret is 50% peppers (Trinidad Scorpion and Carolina Reaper) to make it HOT. And they are all Full of Flavor... not just heat. The bottle shows 4/4 peppers for heat. i would actually classify it as 3/5 peppers. It simply is not on par, heat-wise, with most "ghost pepper" sauces. That said, the flavor is awesome. This is a good sauce for those wanting to get some heat and great flavor.
