Llevaba tiempo queriendo una tabla para hacer ñoquis y me alegro que haberla comprado.El tamaño es ideal para sujetar con una mano y pasar los ñoquis con la otra. Las estrías están bien marcadas, la tabla viene bien lijada, sin astillas ni rebabas. No trae el grabado de la marca. Es una tabla lisa, sin decoración ni etiquetas.Con ella es más rápido y fácil marcar los ñoquis que con un tenedor y te da la posibilidad de hacer distintos tipos (cavatelli y similares) .Resulta muy fácil de limpiar.Si haces muchos de cada vez (mi caso), ten a mano un cepillo de cerdas duras para ir cepillando las estrías, porque dependiendo de la masa y del tipo de pasta que hagas, se llenan de harina.Cuando terminas, basta con cepillar de nuevo para dejarla como nueva otra vez.
