**Q: Hi, what are the differences between greenstar models r-dsk-1101773 (sold through homedepot) and b-hds-1101503 (sold through amazon)?**
A: Hi Abel.  These are the same product.  The SKU is listed incorrectly here.  We are not sure how the Amazon ASIN got tied to the B-HDS-1101503 SKU but we are looking into it.  Thanks for the alert.

**Q: I have the dual closer system on my storm door but only need to replace the bottom one (heavy duty).  Is this available separately?**
A: Hi Betsy,  Yes!  You can get just the Touch 'n Hold Smooth Single Kit and it will replace that closer.  The Dual Kit is actually 2 standard duty closers that work in conjunction as a heavy duty system.  So the Single Kit, ASIN B00R3HJ0CC , is an exact replacement for this part.

**Q: Would this system work for a Pella full glass door? My current closer slams shut and it is highly annoying. I e tried adjusting and nothing works.**

A: Thanks for your question! It takes ~20-30 degrees of the closing cycle for the smooth closing to start. You can slow down your Touch n hold by tightening the speed adjustment screw at the end of the cylinder.
