We’re scientists (PhDs) and engineers (C.Eng) by background backed with years in industry. With an awesome reputation in both domestic and commercial markets, we don’t do “me too” product imitations. Instead we like to innovate and make a genuine difference. This really isn’t just another 365nm Black Light or UV Flashlight Most sellers are standing still waiting for the next wholesale UV flashlight to be mass produced by factory xyz, marked up before onward to you. We're in a different game. We have our finger on your pulse and continually respond to user needs like yours. So we did the V3 for high performance 365nm uvBeast currently serve commercial applications and industry sectors in NDT (Non-destructive Testing), Aviation, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Adhesive curing, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Fishing, Mining, Agriculture, Hygiene-level monitoring, and more. Everybody likes it when commercial-grade high power UV comes onto the domestic scene! ## Features - Ready for operation out of the box - WHY uvBeast V3 365nm? Our users wanted more intense 365nm UV and more range for better results. Our new design intentionally aims to fill those gaps. (1) The popular and in-demand V3 spec now emits even higher quality UV at 365nm wavelength. (2) More bang for your buck with filtered UV. This isn’t cheaper unfiltered UV. (3) Unbeatable long range (60 feet+) and a high intensity 365nm beam unlike others. - PROFESSIONAL GRADE FILTERED 365nm. This is High Flux Density 365nm wavelength that professionals use. We know. We supply them. This is NOT to be confused with longer wave 395nm devices. Nor is it to be confused with unfiltered 365nm UV. Most excitation occurs at 365nm which means you’re getting superior results to most users. 395nm cannot compete with 365nm devices. The on-board UV filter blocks unwanted visible light but allows max transmission of pure 365nm UV. This is UV at its purest - OUR HIGHEST INTENSITY 365nm DEVICE. Higher UV Flux Density than most 365nm devices currently on the market. 365nm is the gold standard for UV flashlights. There's limited market choice in high flux density 365nm UV. So we made one with superior UV. The V3 365nm has TRIPLE LEDs at 1000 mA each emitting 1800 uW/cm2 of UV radiant intensity. That’s a whopping total of 5400 uW/cm2 of UV intensity at 365nm - UNLIKE OTHERS THIS IS LONG RANGE 365nm UV. A high intensity 365nm device which can emit a beam out to 60 feet plus is hard to find. We know, because our users have told us. We’ve filled this gap with the V3 365nm to change the game for those who want results at long range with UV 365nm purity ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Amperage | 1000 Milliamps | | Asin | B01CV1XW5K | | Batteries Are Included | Yes | | Battery Description | Lithium-Ion | | Battery Life | 4 hours | | Battery Type | Lithium Ion | | Brand Name | uvBeast | | Colour | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (3,105) 4.6 out of 5 stars | | Finish | Black Anodized Aerospace-grade Aluminium | | Fixture Features | Portable | | Included Components | UV Flashlight Kit, USB Charging Cable, Power Adapter | | Item Dimensions D X W X H | 22D x 5.5W x 2.3H centimetres | | Item Shape | Rectangular | | Item Weight | 377 Grams | | Light Output Maximum | 900 Lumens | | Light Path Distance | 60 Feet | | Light Source Special Features | Filtered 365nm UV, High Intensity, Long Range, High Flux Density | | Manufacturer | uvBeast | | Manufacturer Part Number | UVB-01 | | Material | Aluminium | | Model Number | UVB-V3-365 | | Mounting Type | Hand strap | | Number Of Batteries | 3 AA batteries required. But don't think we can post the url here as it is outside of Amazon. But, please allow us to offer some guidance. There are TWO OPTIONS to extend working time on a single charge of the cells. 1) Add third cell using the supplied extension barrel, or 2) Use higher capacity (mAh) 18650 cells, for example 3200mAH cells will give you around 5-6+ hours of working time. HOWEVER, you will see examples which say 9000mAh. The highest known capacities at the time of this writing is near 3400mAh. Anything beyond that should be examined closely as these are often inflated figures. It is better (although not mandatory) to go for good manufacturers such as Panasonic, LG, Sony, Samsung, and the like. Also, a very quick check on any examples you have is to weigh them. If any one cell is below 40 grams in weight then this indicates poor internal cell chemistry. Hope this helps. [uvBeast] **Q: What’s the difference between this leds uv and nitchi uv (both 365 nm)?** A: Maybe they are from Nichia. Not many manufacturers of 365 LEDs. Makes no difference though. It's real. **Q: Can you check oil leaks in automotive? Engine, transmission fluids etc?** A: Indeed. Although UV reactive dye will need to be used. **Q: Can I purchase a clear lens separately if I don’t want to run in 365nm?** A: Hi Nicholas. Thanks for your question. You will always be emitting 365 nanometer wavelength UV even if you fit a clear lens. That's because the LEDs on the V3 365nm emit at 365nm wavelength. If you need a different wavelength then you'll need different LEDs. The only other wavelength LEDs available are at the 385nm and upwards end. Visible light is at around 395nm+. (LEDs also come in the 270nm range btw which is the dangerous UV). Please note that what you can use a 385nm+ UV flashlight for, a 365nm flashlight will also do in the majority of use cases. Hope that helps. 'The Beast' is certainly that! The results speak for themselves. For me the downside is that it also highlights the creepie crawlers! Yuk! Happily, it gives a white light, and also highlights the fluorescent rocks, which was the purpose of buying it. I'm satisfied!I can recommend The Beast! Easy to recharge and easy to use. Not too heavy for a long rockhounding session at night, AND it works during the day under the right circumstances. I have not tried using it in bright sunlight but it works in my garage and cloudy days. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ UV Beast V3 365nm flashlight with 2or 3 battery capacity *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 18 December 2025* UV Beast V3 365nm flashlight, Item arrived from the USA ahead of schedule and well packedI purchased for finding butterfly and moth larvae & pupae, you should purchase spare batteries as the torch uses the charge quite quickly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best UV flashlight *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 13 June 2024* Well worth the money for a quality powerful UV light.Don’t waste your money on smaller UV lights unless just checking bank notes etc.Very happy with my purchase. ## Frequently Bought Together - uvBeast New V3 365nm Black Light UV Flashlight – High Definition Ultraviolet - HIgh Power and Long Range Professional Grade Beam Best for Professional/Commercial Use – USA Stock - uvBeast New V3 365nm MINI - Black Light UV Flashlight – High Definition Pure Ultraviolet - Professional Grade High Power Upgraded 5 Core UV LED – USA Stock - uvBeast New V3 385-395nm Black Light UV Flashlight - High Power Upgraded Triple Broad Band LEDs Best for Professional/Commercial Use - USA Stock - UK Design --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/262673019-uvbeast-v3-365nm-black-light-uv-flashlight-high-definition-ultraviolet](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/262673019-uvbeast-v3-365nm-black-light-uv-flashlight-high-definition-ultraviolet) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-11-03*
