**Q: how can i return a hat that was a gift  without paperwork?  i know it was bought from amazon**
A: You may be hard pressed to return without a receipt. I would suggest contacting the company directly and explaining. Can’t hurt.

**Q: The hat color is white Kgb.   what is kgb?**
A: It has a KGB badge attached to the front.  Old Soviet style thing.  Click on the pics that come with that model and one pic shows the badge.

**Q: How can a 12 year old girl make this smaller so it fits her head?**
A: Usually I have an answer. This is a hard one. I think that you can put a felt liner in it just around the inside. I wish I had that problem. Mine is a little snug. Hoped this helped.
