This is a savory pancake and you will totally enjoy this Korean specialty. All you need is to follow the minx instructions to make the batter and have ready thin strips of carrot, celery, potato, scallions and mock crab if you like or some other meat pieces, but not necessary, and ladle the batter into the pan and then add the fillings side by side on top of the batter and a little more batter on top if needed and then fry both sides, medium heat. Serve with a spicy dipping sauce= 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon chili pepper flakes (kochukaru), or cayenne pepper or Sriracha sauce 1 tablespoon scallions (thinly sliced) 1 teaspoon garlic (finely chopped) Wonderful meal!!!! **Q: Does anyone know why my pancakes always turn out gummy in the middle?
