A: Brine Shrimp eggs should always be stored below 40° F.  For daily, short-term use, we suggest storing it in the refrigerator; For long-term storage, we suggest keeping them in the freezer.

**Q: Why are the freshly hatched brine shrimp dieing right away**
A: Sometimes you need to experiment with salinity. For me I use about 2.5 teaspoons to about 16 oz of water. To that I add one scoop of brine shrimp cysts. That’s for me though. You may need more or less.

These have worked out great and the hatch rate is very high. I keep a small amount available to use and stoe the extra sealed tightly in my freezer. They last a very long time if stored this way.
