Extremely happy with this hamper. Cheap, but looks expensive. Remember, everyone's cats are different. Try to distract your cat with other scratch toys if he/she attempts to go after the hamper. **Q: Does this have feet? Do I need to be concerned about black color leeching onto carpet?** A: It has No feet. It sits flat. **Q: Where can I buy extra/replacement liner bag?** A: You would not need extra bags for the hamper because it’s washable. I have yet to wash mines in over a year no need to stays pretty clean and I use a bounce inside. It seems like it’s pretty good quality. It arrived folded up in a box, and though you could fold it back down, I’m not sure that I would - I would be a bit worried about one of the metal frames getting bent, although you could probably store them inside the lid. I’d say this is probably similar value and quality to a target hamper, although I personally think this one looks better. In particular, I really like the lid and how stout the hamper is, because we have cats and I’d rather not wake up to hearing a cat knocking the thing over or somehow worming their way into it through a handle hole and getting trapped.
