The worst part is that if you have thin or prebleached hair, the risk of breakage is HIGH if you use this cap. It's super rough on your hair and will likely result in some fallout. Mine took off a few chunks of hair, along with using color oops. I like the adjustable band but it's just not a good method for hair health. It's also a bit difficult to grab hair from it.
