DO NOT BUY A SHARK PRODUCT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! They are not repairable, and they are junk. They do not last. I had 2- one upstairs and one downstairs. Both are dead and in the landfill. Even the simplest repairs are impossible as you need special tools to access the belt , brush roller and brush roller motor. This Bissell has proved as adequate as the Shark that I had. The cost of the Bissell is less than half of the Shark. Nothing fancy, but it does the job. More user-friendly than the Shark and lighter in weight. I’ve had this for a few months and have no complaints. The manual that comes with this vac also has repair instructions included. Nothing fancy, but it does the job. I am highly satisfied with this product and would buy it again.
