This book is a must read for anybody thinking of buying a Golden Retriever and for anyone who is already lucky enough to own a dog of this breed. It covers everything you need to know from choosing the right breeder and helpful insights into breed standards, along with knowing what to look for and to expect when buying a puppy. It covers much of what to expect through their life time with you whether it be breeding/working or showing your pet. You'll even find helpful information on caring for your pet when it reaches its elder years. It is set out in easy to read, detailed chapters and gives you insight from breeders old and new, here in the UK and from America, who between them have a wealth of knowledge along with years of experience.
