Normally I get 5 lbs of ivory for around $25, but got all 10 lbs for $35 from this seller. It arrived packaged nicely - 10 1 lb bags, vacuum sealed (not in a plastic bag with a zip tie!) and no leaks (YAY!) I always use unrefined ivory shea butter in my body butter recipe and have never had to strain or adulterate it in anyway - I just melt everything together in a double boiler and have zero problems. Same is true with this product. Super happy with it and it made great body butter!But as a small sidenote....please be aware that if you are super picky about your shea butter...the yellow is NOT shea butter. Unrefined, natural shea butter is some version of beige, grey or ivory (so to the reviewers claiming the ivory is refined...that's not correct). The yellow "shea" butter is not shea at all...it's African butter from the Kpangnan tree in Togo. It's awesome and I use it exactly as I would shea butter.
