I've been using this for about six months now to grow my type 4 hair and the results have been a lot more successful than before I was using the product. I remember within the first 2 weeks of using it, my hair had already grown about 1 inch (granted, the reason for that is probably because I wasn't getting enough nutrients in the first place) so the biotin really gave me a boost but I suppose if you don't have that issue it may not give you the same results. The taste isn't the greatest, a bit too sweet for me but it's nothing I can't look past.
