A: They stick together. I put all three in my left shoe.

**Q: Do they have adhesive to use with sandals?**
A: Yes, there is adhesive to tape the layers together if you need to add height and an adhesive to put on the bottom of the lift to attach to shoes or sandals.

**Q: I need an 8 mm lift. 1/3 inch is the closest measurement. Can these do that, and how can I tell..?**
A: Using the Dr. Foot piece with 1 lift is a small fraction over 1/3 inch
