I bought it because it advertised no PPDs and natural ingredients. Opened the package today and on the coloring cream tube is a long paragraph (in small print) about how it can cause severe allergic reactions since it contains phephenylenediamines. I looked it up - that's PPD. So, how can the box state "No PPD"? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great color...but it does contain phenylenediamines *by G***L on Reviewed in the United States on September 30, 2016* I gave it 4 stars for the color alone. My hair remains in healthy condition and the color has lasted. It faded minimally and doesn't look dyed. That being said they are stretching the truth to say it doesn't contain PPD. No, it doesn't specifically contain PPD but that's a technicality as it does contain very close chemical cousins, so close that it does have a warning on the box and instructions just as other reviewers noted. I didn't notice until after I'd purchased it. That being said the color looks great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The N colors are beautiful and natural *by E***A on Reviewed in the United States on January 15, 2015* I have tried dozens of hair dyes and coloring treatments including natural products, cheap stuff from a pharmacy and professional coloring at expensive salons. Aequo Color beats everything. It covers grey VERY well. I put a barrier cream on my ears and forehead because it will stain. The N colors are beautiful and natural, truly without red undertones. The product has a mild smell--slightly herbal and pleasant and does not give me a headache as other products often have, even those without ammonia. The drying to my hair is very minimal. My natural color is pretty dark, probably a 2N. I have tried the 2N, 3N, 4N, and 5N to cover grey and blend in with my natural color. Colors run a little on the dark side.
