I use it 2-4 times a day. It keeps my metal braces clean and shiny. I noticed my teeth were whiter within a couple of weeks. It does lighten colored bands after a couple of weeks. It turns the periwinkle colored bands I choose to a sky blue color, which I actually like, so the lightened bands don’t bother me. I prefer the fresh mint flavor. One bottle lasts me 3 months. I bought the 2-pack so I have one at home and one to carry with me.
