One of the bad things about most of these types of products is the taste. This one I could actually eat as a snack just for pleasure!! It does not have that cardboard taste so many do. Take a look at sugars and sugar alcohol numbers. They do have the sugar alcohols, but it has not caused me any gas or diarrhea issues that sometimes come with sugar or grain alcohols.
