Works fine Automatically turns on when your camera turns on. So what this means... Most people wire their aftermarket backup camera to your reverse lights. So you normally have a power on your deck to switch when you go into reverse. This just needs the video cable and constant 12v. Turns off when it doesn't get a signal. Sure you can wire it so it turns on when your lights turn on. Also YES this is an old TFT style monitor so at certain angles the picture will be darker. The description does say it's a TFT. Don't be mad if you don't mount it right the first time. Make sure you can see the screen before you pull the shedding ## Frequently Bought Together - Universal 4.3" Foldable Car Rear View Monitor with 2 RCA Channels, 12-24V Input, Auto Backup Screen for Truck, Car, DVD, and Media Player - Rear View Monitor with Dash Stand and 3M Sticker - Backup Camera Flush Mount, Metal Housing 170°Wide View Angle Rear/Side/Front View Camera for Car, Clear Night Vision IP69 Waterproof Reverse Camera for Vehicle SUV RV Pickup, 18.5mm, 12V/24V, Black - GreenYi Upgraded Double-Shielded (19.69FT / 6M), AV Video Extension Cable with Yellow RCA Video Female to Female Coupler and Power Cable for Monitor and Backup Rear View Camera Connection --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/254347814-4-3-car-auto-foldable-monitor-lcd-screen-dash-stand](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/254347814-4-3-car-auto-foldable-monitor-lcd-screen-dash-stand) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-11-07*
