Review: Good replacement dump trailer hydraulic liftpump - Good hydraulic pump. Worked fine for my dump trailer.Comes with Chinese fittings, but also has the American adapters Also has threaded holes on the bottom to screw in place. Remote control cord has a magnetic base that will stick anywhere you want it to metal.
Review: Works Well - Product works well, after reading some of the reviews i had concern but i received instructions with pump and two types of fittings. BTW the British threads that several users complained about are available at hydraulic stores there are several near me but the Custom Hydraulic people were top notch in mating up what i needed. The seller indicates it can be used in a vertical mounting position which the reviews said no. I have mine vertical and it works well, As far as wiring it is very simple red or positive to motor relay and black or ground to motor. The nuts were actually left loose to make it more obvious. Only negative so far is the down position does not have a check valve and in my application i need to hold at both ends of cylinder. Easy fix though a $65 2 way solenoid valve wired to be open during pump operation solves the issue. Would be nice to add some flow control but in this price range not happening. You can add flow control external if needed. Overall functional and cost effective for converting over and much cheaper and quicker than electric actuator

**Q: can i hook this pump up and run three cylinder for a lawn tractor loader?  and have spoon hydraulic levers like a open loop hydraulic system?**
A: I am using one with a 6-spool solenoid operated directional control valve.  I have an electrical system that turns the pump on only when a valve is activated.  The fluid level doesn't change much as when a cylinder is extending the fluid from the back side is returning.  The difference is the volume of the cylinder's rod.  So far so good.  I figured that if I wanted to change the operating speed I would put a motor controller on the electric motor.  Much cheaper than proportional hydraulic valves.

**Q: what is the warranty?**
A: I don't know. I didn't bother to ask. I just needed a new pump. I would ask the seller. Mine's been in my dump bed for a month of daily use and is working awesome

**Q: Do you have the exact same functionalities but in 110 volts  ?**
A: No mine is 12votedc

**Q: What size hydraulic fitting for the input and output? I would like to order fittings at the same time.**
A: They are metric and I like to never found them I would buy it

### ⭐ Poor build quality

This unit did come complete with instructions but unit itself leaves a lot to be desired. First off, it’s important to note this unit doesn’t ground through mount, it requires an external ground wire run to the mount from the negative post for it to work. After wiring up unit and getting it to work, I found that the controller was wired backwards and the up button made the dump bed drop and the down button raised my dump bed. After solving that issue I ram the bed up only to have it bleed off immediately till the dump bed was resting on the frame. After pulling apart one of the selonoids I found that all of the orings and backers were installed improperly and ruined. I feel like the unit will work well once I replace all the orings and backers in the system. You shouldn’t have to do this on a new unit. Also, there isn’t a way to message the company for product support/partial refund which is frustrating. It’s a good buy for what you get but be prepared to do hydraulic troubleshooting to get it to work.
