I have a vinyl floor tile cutter, and decided to try that to get as perfect of a straight line possible, but this tile is not sturdy enough to be cut using it and tended to just bend. The blade would then rough up the front of the tile. Overall, it has been good. There is only one spot above the stove top that doesn't sit quite flush on the wall, but it has been that way since install as I didn't get the tiles lined up exactly right and is my fault. I had worried that area would be an issue later on, but it hasn't changed either. They look like real tiles, they were easy to apply, and we have had them on for about a month, nothing has moved. Also very easy to wipe clean. We have a rental apartment, so this was the perfect solution for us. The one thing to mention, they may take off paint when removing - so be careful if you have to remove.
