If it is do not fit you , it is support no reason return and refund. **Q: will this hold a 24oz sport cap water bottle?** A: No. A 16 oz bottle of water will fit, but I highly doubt a 24 oz water bottle would even come close. **Q: Can it's fit in ninebot es4?** A: It fit nicely on my ES4 (Commercial version, ie. Doesn't fold down). I had to lower it a bit more than I thought I would. The straps were long enough. I placed the lower vertical strap just above the supplemental battery pack. And then strapped everything else based on that. I also have some extra velcro straps on hand from $ tree. But didn't need any extensions.
