The noises is consistent with what to expect. **Q: Is this supposed to only work on perfectly flat smooth surfaces? Ours doesn't work on carpet and gets stuck on tiles. Defective, or just disappointing**
A: Hi Meagatron. The spider is made to work on carpets and tiles, as well as flat surfaces. If your spider gets stuck you can press the left and right buttons together at the same time to make it spin/reverse when it’s stuck with obstacles. Please also check that the batteries are not running down and need to be changed. Thank you.

**Q: Does anyone have both the red and the blue version of this spider? Can they be used at the same time in the same room without signal interference?**

This was a lot of fun with the kids to use on them and then for them to use. I like the remote control aspect and the kids have been liking bringing it to terrorize the other kids. Definitely realistic too. Battery lasted a while with the first few uses. The noises is consistent with what to expect. Pros Looks real almost Moves quick Remote control LED eyes Cons: Noise can be a bit on the louder side but the toy is to be expected Overall I would purchase this as a gift for other kids and I would recommend to others as well.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's cheap for a reason

This doesn't look or feel very durable. The remote must point directly at the spider and be somewhat close or it won't work. The spider gets stuck on rugs and carpet. My 7 yr old played with it for about 20 min. and then was over it. It looks cool and is fun to watch it's leg all move. It's more of a novelty toy.
