Terminals are always a bit awkward to get the wires in but once located in position they are very secure. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by L***Z on 15 March 2021* This 20 Amp (4.8 kW) switch is designed for switching heavy loads. I have had 3 installed for over 10 years switching large sotroage heaters on and off regularly and they are as good today as the day I installed them. Just bought another one for a new heater. If anyone is wondering why the neon does not light up, see my drawing and explaination. This switch is designed for all the connections to be used and not as a light switch. Lighting switches only have one wire in and one wire out. There is no way the neon will light up when one end is not connected. If you don't know these things, then you really should call in an electrician.
