It's double sided tape, so far it is still stuck to the carpet and stuck to the floor. Make sure the floor is very clean before sticking it down.

As an Amazon pick & checking few reviews I ordered this tape. But it left such bad marks on my marble that I had too get marble polishing guys come to remove it with specific chemicals 🙆🏻‍♀️
