Buy the smaller one to test it out and see if you like it. I have a great recipe option I personally use listed below.Just wrote this elsewhere in response to a question. There are some other tips relative to other products and my routine but it applies here for NOW Dutch Chocolate so I figured if you are making a decision to buy this or not this may help to have this information here as well:I use it and I have lost weight. I love syn 6 (esp desserts flavors and strawberry milkshake tastes divine) but also NOW Dutch Chocolate (my fav) - When I use the Dutch Chocolate I typically use 1 scoop after a workout or half a scoop as a meal replacement. Post workout I like to mix in half a banana, a scoop of peanut butter, and some cinnamon (which is great for banishing belly fat) and I use water but it is even more delicious with milk (I'm just calorie saving with water for equal deliciousness in my eyes) and it is fantastic and tastes great, fills me up for hours.
