Unfortunately, it isn't blending properly. It appears that the blades stop spinning in the middle of blending but the motor continues running. Frozen fruit is not being blended up like it should. When I lift the container up it looks like there are metal shavings underneath so I fear it is stripping the mechanism. I call customer service and spoke with Leah and she was so helpful and kind. She immediately sent me a return code and processed sending another vitamix out to us that will be arriving tomorrow. Hopefully, this next one will be in good working condition.
