If you go to their website you can find recipes. My family likes firmer jello so I use about 1.5-2x the amount of gelatin they suggest in the recipes. I use whatever juice we have on hand and add in some homemade elderberry juice and it is super healthy and great for a healthy immune system. **Q: Does this have any flavor or odor at all?** A: Yes. I bought the green lid beef gelatin and it absolutely smells like cow hooves and tastes that way too. I made gummies and am having a hard time eating them. I will try and experiment with different flavors, but would not buy this brand if you are making gummies. The Collagen peptides, blue lid are definitely tasteless and have no scent, but will also not gel like a gelatin. **Q: How does the green jar differ from the collagen peptides in Vital Proteinds blue label jar?** A: Hi there! The main difference between our Collagen Peptides (blue) and our Beef Gelatin (green) is the way can be used. The Collagen Peptides will dissolve in any hot or cold liquid, so they're great to add to coffee, tea, smoothies, etc. Our Beef Gelatin will gel in cold liquids, so it's perfect for parfaits or gelatins. I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions. **Q: Is it hormone and antibiotic free?** A: Hi there! Thank you so much for reaching out. We test our products to ensure they are Non-GMO, do not contain hormones, pesticides, or antibiotics. We are happy to provide those results to you, please feel free to reach out to us via buyer/seller messaging and we can send those over to you! Let us know if you have any other questions. ## Frequently Bought Together - Vital Proteins Beef Gelatin Powder - Grass-Fed 16.4 oz - Wholesome Sweeteners 11.5-Ounce Allulose, Zero Calorie Sweetener, Keto Friendly, Non GMO, Non-Erythritol, Gluten Free & Vegan Liquid Sweetener, 1 Pack - My Normal Keto Allulose 17.10 oz - Allulose 99.52%, Monk Fruit, Stevia Blend Thin Syrup, Zero Calorie Sweetener, 1:1 Sugar Substitute, Low Glycemic, Gluten Free, Zero Net Carbs, Zero Sugar --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/253245683-vital-proteins-beef-gelatin-pasture-raised-grass-fed-non-gmo](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/253245683-vital-proteins-beef-gelatin-pasture-raised-grass-fed-non-gmo) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
