They understand the value of not buying the cheapest product available and providing excellent CS experience to supplement pretty good values in their product. Now for the router table: great addition to my workshop. I love how I can move it into play and out of play very easily. Well made and designed, and provides a lot of features like JOINTING. A jointer can cost easily as much as this table. As with most Kreg products, assembly is not very simple. It's well engineered, but also designed to be low cost shipping and low-cost assembly from a Kreg perspective. They likely have the product shipped in from China to their specifications, and turn and ship it directly to you with some instructions manuals added; which by the way, they are excellent.
