This book helps people realize that their lives are in their own control. Your actions determine your output.  Individual responsibility is held in the highest regard towards preserving one's self.  Health is an option and likewise so is death.

100 years seems like a lot!Don't know if you want it or not.But just take a lookAt Dr. Bortz' bookAnd you'll feel 100 is HOT!Truly inspirational, what I loved most about this book is its credibility.  Dr. Walter Bortz is a dude who walks his talk, or rather RUNS it.  At age 80, he completed his 40th marathon in Boston in April/10 to the cheers of hundreds of by-standers.  So when he says:  "It's never too late,": you know it's true!  This book is a must read for anyone who is 30-something or older.  His medical practice proved to him that we can all live to be 100 and he makes the journey easy and fun!
