I gave hers a try when I was visiting, and that day it just happened to be pouring rain! I was fortunately enough for an umbrella, but still had to spend a good bit of time standing/walking outside for an event. Obviously, humidity was at a maximum -- but somehow I managed to leave my frizz-prone, fine-textured, medium-thick, below shoulder length hair DOWN instead of scrambling for the hair tie/bobby pin ponytail option. I figured it must have been this product, so when I found it at a much lower cost on Amazon I bought a bottle for myself.At first, it was a runny mess that came out when I tried to use it (and it didn't seem to work). I thought maybe I got ahold of a bad batch. However, after a few days, the consistency changed to a nice creamy texture and it now works as well as I remember. So if you do order and it seems watery, maybe try shaking up the bottle since it could have separated a bit?Overall, I would recommend this product, and I have used it both on damp hair before blow drying and on dry ends with good results. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent seller and product *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States on April 15, 2019* My order was received from OmniPlex extremely fast and in perfect condition, and the Marrakesh Kahm Daily Smoothing Treatment is wonderful as described in so many prior reviews. I just got my order so only used a few times and already I love. My natural hair is in trauma over unfortunate experience with bleach and highlights and the Marrakesh Smoothing Treatment and Marrakesh Oil make a significant difference in appearance and texture. I also used therm on extensions I clip in to disguise damage to my own hair and these products make them look just like new. I like most that the smoothing treatment and oil seem to penetrate my hair where others I have tried sit on top. I also love the incredible shine. I looked on their official website first and item was $20.99 , yeah right! Then, i checked amazon. $11.00 is still pricey, but a little bit more affordable. Wish it was a little bit cheaper, but it's worth it!!! Normally when I'd go out in the rain FRIZZ BALL. But not today. I let air dry then used a protective spray and flat ironed (with remington kertain therapy straightener AMAZING AS WELL) then straightened.
