They sent me more blades, which were the same blades that did not fit my handle. I let them know, and they sent me a new handle and even more blades, at which point I understood the issue... the new 1.0 handle they sent me is different than the one I purchased a year ago. The one from a year ago is one continuous blue piece of plastic and does NOT fit their new 1.0 blades.. The new one is two pieces that snap together and it does fit the new blades. If this ends up happening to you, then just contact BakBlade directly. They were very responsive. As for the product itself, I'll let you know if the new ones stay sharp any longer than their old ones, which were only useful for 1-2 shaves. Update 20-Dec-2018: I reordered this product and the blades looked completely different and did not fit my 1.0 handle, so I actually thought these were fake / knockoff. I got in touch with Bakblade's Customer Service and they confirmed that they did redesign the blades and suggested I must have received a "defective set." They offered to send me a new set, so if those fit and perform the same as the old blades, then I'll post an update. I was initially excited about this product because it works great... the first and maybe second times... after which, the blade is useless, which is absolutely ridiculous because body hair is soft and shouldn't dull a blade like this very quickly.
