These have the best noise cancelling mic which will reduce the background noise to a noticeable level. It gets too painful from the other end though, when people use mobile earplugs for meetings and you get all their background noises. Suitable for 1-2 hours of continuous calls. After 2 hours, it sometimes started to pain in the ears but that is normal anyway. Hence, I highly recommend in investing this piece and don't go for a cheaper one.

A: Download the Plantronics Hub and there's a setting called sidetone. Set that to the highest setting to see if that helps. 1-800-683-5715

**Q: My Blackwire 5220, in came in a plastic bag and the headphones were in a foam case.  Is this a return or bulk packaging?**
A: mine had no plastic bag and was in just the foam case.  Ask the person you got them from.

Plantronics have one of the best headsets for office meetings on Zoom, Teams or anything. These have the best noise cancelling mic which will reduce the background noise to a noticeable level. It gets too painful from the other end though, when people use mobile earplugs for meetings and you get all their background noises. Suitable for 1-2 hours of continuous calls. After 2 hours, it sometimes started to pain in the ears but that is normal anyway. Hence, I highly recommend in investing this piece and don't go for a cheaper one.
