First one was in 2016 and I loved it, so I bought one earlier this year for my mom. Decided to replace my own mask about a month ago and the version they sent was completely different, did not match the picture or description at all. Pretty disappointed, especially because the one I did receive has the adjustment straps (the little plastic part that moves) so close to your ear when you lengthen the straps, that it digs in while you are wearing it.
