Every word. Every page. You do not have to be the huge Derrick Rose fan I am to root for the human being he is. His journey is one of focused work on his craft and the lessons and acceptance when life and injuries threatened it all. It all informed who he has become and way he views his existence, experiences and life. I have never reread a book. This book will be the first.

I loved this book! Gave me new perspectives on life and learned a lot about D Rose himself that I previously did not know about. Derrick Rose is my favorite athlete of all time and someone I look up to as a role model, even more so because of how sincere, genuine, and humble he is in the book.

I always liked Derrick Rose's game! He was and always be one the best basketball ball players to play the game! Good luck to him in his future.

If you are a Derrick Rose fan, you need to read this book. It not only shows his talent but also his heart and that is amazing because he really is one of the good guys. Love for Derrick always. Hope to see him play back home some day again. Chicago needs you!!!! And loves you.

I've always been a big D.Rose fan, but this was super eye opening! I don't like reading biographies either, but I couldn't put this book down! A must read for any fan or someone who is curious about his story!

I like the story and the message of the book, but the flow of the story and message it's a little but abstract

Loved the book, very easy read.Derrick did a great job expressing himself and the writer stayed true.Many of us in Chicago knew what was actually happening & didn't agree with the team/ media misrepresentations of him. I'm proud & happy for him. Really appreciate his growth & steadfastness

I’m big fan of Derrick Rose, but wasn’t sure what to expect from the book. I couldn’t put it down and ended up finishing it in about a day. I couldn’t believe how candid he was. Even if your not a fan of him, the insight from this on the NBA is worth it.
