**Q: What’s the difference between sp, tbm and ovalett?**
A: They serve the same function

**Q: Bought it but how much should i use per egg?? Or how does it work?**
A: I was following a recipe that has 2 eggs and 1 tsp of the emulsifier. Another recipe has 5 eggs and 1 tbsp of the emulsifier. I don’t know how much exactly per egg.

**Q: When is the expiration date?**
A: Bought mine in 2019 expiration date is march 4 2021.. not bad at all.
