FYI, Andersen Windows has a proprietary design on this sash so it's not available from any of the big box stores but Good ole' desertcart had it in stock and the price was 40% lower than ordering direct from the manufacturer. My only comment is that's it's all plastic instead of metal, thus I will reconsider buying Andersen windows in the future.
