I put it all over under Delfin Spa Bio Ceramic Anti Cellulite Capris and on my arms every time I work out and sweat literally drips off me. I also put it just on my stomach under McDavid Waist Trimmer sometimes and I can feel it working even if I'm just laying down watching tv. I absolutely love the smell of it and even though it's greasy, it washes off fairly easy (with a shower or some water and soap). It also makes my skin feel amazingly soft. It doesn't take much of it to get the effect, so a jar of it lasts a good while.
