We called and emailed the company several times to get a resolution and never got a response. Ended up returning it.If you are serious about a Solar backpack, take a look at the Voltaic Systems line up. I was a bit apprehensive about the price of this backpack and wondered if the solar panel was really going to work. But after having used it, I can report that this is a great find. In fairness, the solar panel isn't big enough to charge a 10 inch tablet from empty to full in a single day, but it does charge cell phones and digital cameras with ease. There is plenty of room for a 10 inch tablet with accessories and room for a change of clothes and a towel. Great for traveling and outdoor adventures.
