Review: Relieved of symptoms two after 5 capsules in two and a half days - I will attempt not to bore you with the long story of my four-and-a-half-year battle against bloating, burping, abdominal pain, constipation, headaches, dizziness, and lethargy. After multiple physician visits with my GP and two different Gastroenterologists, and more medical testing than either me or my insurance company care to remember, I have been diagnosed with everything from, SIBO to IBS-C to my personal favorite insult: "you are swallowing air". The only air I swallowed that day was from a so-called physician who treated me like I was too stupid to know my own body. Someone who shouldn't be allowed to be a physician, let alone a surgeon, who exudes the attitude of I don't know so I don't care, rather than the do no harm oath he was sworn to uphold. OK, rant over. I've tried everything suggested to me from going sugar free, to the low FODMAP diet, to giving up dairy, which I love, gluten which is also close to my heart, and half the fruits and vegetables I am so fond of.
