I have tried so many things and I can't get rid of it.** A: I had a fungal infection and I soaked my feet in it every night and after just a week, the fungus was pretty much gone. I kept it up for another couple of weeks and it was completely gone. It's been 2 months or so now, and it hasn't come back. I'm sold on this. **Q: Is it ok to bath with it? Will it be too strong for whole body soaking?** A: That'd be a fine idea if you diluted its strength to say 1/4-1/3. Full strength (for feet) is about 1 TABLESPOON per GALLON of water. Hence, you'd want to go for about 1 TABLESPOON for every 3-4 GALLONS of water. In a standard bathtub (the 60x30 variety), there'd be about 70 gallons of water filled to the top. Thus, halfway (35 gallons), you'd want like 1/2-3/4 cup. Me? I use the stuff for jock itch in my groin area (nice, I know). So a half tub is plenty to submerge that area. I use a half cup of bleach and a half cup of the salts, for a 10-15 minute soak. Then I shower and moisturize any areas which soaked, except those I'm treating with a jock itch cream. It's quite effective. Indeed, no less an authority than Mayo Clinic recommends bleach baths NO MORE than every other day. It may sound scary, but it's basically the chlorine of swimming pool water combined with the salt and minerals of ocean water- neither of which anyone would bat an eye about spending 10-15 minutes in.
